Custom Build Shopping Cart

We need a shopping cart with custom features: 1. A basic shopping cart, using either zencart, virtuemart, magento, prestashop with full features. 2. Add in features below: 3. Able to apply for merchant for visitors, merchant needs to pay an amount of money which is deposit into their account as prepaid balance. 4. Minimum deposit amount can be set by admin. 5. Apply merchant system do have commission when there is merchant join under them, if there is no merchant invite, it will randomly place under random merchant. 6. Prepaid balance is used to purchase item on shopping cart only. 7. When merchant make purchase, they will be able to key in different address for different products, because they order for customer and ship directly to end customer. 7.1 Products A, B, C will send to address A, Products D, E will send to address B, etc, with a different combination. 8. Any merchant join under merchant A, merchant A will get 10% commission. 9. A site with 3 languages. 10. Products Listing Able to filter out different brand. 11. Products have attributes, sizes and colour. 12. Payment method, Paypal and Bank Transfer. 13. Mobile responsive for mobile and tablet. 14. Full report which is provided by shopping cart. 15. Merchant purchase item by the prepaid balance left in their system.
