real-estate search website modifications

We are looking for a complete redesign of our real-estate search website. We want to make the whole site look and feel more like Google and Google Video. There is no change to functionality, just a very extreme redesign of the layouts. We are looking for a coder or small team who can start immediately and dedicate full-time 110% to this project including weekends until it is completed. Please indicate this in your bid. The coder must be skilled in both WEB-DESIGN and PROGRAMMING, because we will not accept any unfinished, buggy, or cosmetically flawed work. We are flexible in our deadline and we're willing to extend it when coders show they are making significant progress every day. All pages are using PHP Smarty Templates (.tpl files). The current version of the site is available at [login to view URL] The new home page design (in HTML, unfinished) is at: [login to view URL] You will notice that the new design links to some pages that don't exist in the old site - this is because we are renaming some pages, or we'll provide the new content if it is truly a brand-new page. The new internal page design (paper sketch) is attached to this bid request. You will need to redesign all the pages, not just the one in the attachment, using the same ideas and concepts. CODER MUST SUBMIT A MOCK-UP OF THIS PAGE DESIGN WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BID APPROVAL, and the mock-up must be approved before coder proceeds with the remaining pages. A working demo of the page must be completed within 24 hours from approval of the mock-up. We expect the coder to fix any EXISTING cosmetic flaws as well as MINOR BUGS such as wrong field or missing field display, incorrect URL link, wrong colors, mis-aligned visual elements, and browser compatibility. If your bid is approved, you will receive the complete site source code and SQL dump, and also direct Shell and FTP access to our server for testing. ## Deliverables Completed work must be 100% ready for final launch of the site to the general public. All code comments, variables, and files must be in English. All new graphics must include the sources (PSD files). * * *1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
