Need help to resolve Upload time delay problem with PHP

Purpose of job is to help me with an upload time delay problem with php.
We use niceEdit upload plugins to upload content trought a php page. ([url removed, login to view])
Our system is Debian Squeeze with php/mysql
We define our proper php response file. When we upload file up to 2 Mb, it's work. More than 2 Mb, uploading progress bar is freezing, and I got the following message : [object XMLHttpRequestProgressEvent]
We try to change every parameter in [url removed, login to view] ... [url removed, login to view] ... .htaccess .... but we still facing the same problem.
