Apache Service Keeps Crashing on my VPS hosting - Fix it Permenently

My E-commerce website is hosted on a VPS with CentOS 6 64bit, 2 GB Ram

Also there is Zpanel installed as a control panel.

Once i reboot server, site works fine for approx 5 minutes, then Apache is crashing and website does not load at all.

If i reboot VPS again, it works fien for 5 minutes and again crashes.

So If you are Families with Zpanel, CentOS, Apache & Php, and if you can Fix this issue permanently, you are invited to bid on this.

Further , I also need to Setup Email (Pop3/Smtp) on CentOs , so that i can use Microsoft Outlook to send/receive emails associated with this VPS.

I think, this is a simple project if you can setup Nigix/Lighttpd or something else to overcome this issue.

Please bid if you are 100% confident to do this effectively/quickly.
