Code Joomla Template and Upgrade A Few Plugins

Basically I am after somone who is proficient in Joomla 2.5 and CSS3 and html5. In simple my designer will be providing me the final template for the new site in PSD form in the next 24 hours. I am currently upgrading my site from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5. With Joomla 2.5 I will be using a new responsive layout and using the Yoo Framework. ([login to view URL]) This framework has all the features i require (ie responsive, mobile friendly, css3, less support and very clean code base) and is generally easy to code for, you just need to be proficient in CSS and PHP. There is alot of documentation available at [login to view URL] which explains the process well. Apart from this you will be upgrading a few Moset Tree Plugins. One of which is seen here [login to view URL] from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 but also from Mosets Tree 2.2 to 3.0. The code base has not changed much and full Mosets Tree Code will be provided. Apart from this there are one or two other modules that need tweaking there source data from which would not be very hard to do, before we start we will have a full list I will provide you with the Joomla 2.5 Yoo Theme Template and also Mosets Tree files and source codes for any code that needs updating I require someone to skin a template from a PSD into Yoo Themes Warp framework, the theme must be done by a strict css3 standard and not sliced or done in any other cheap way. As with any coding task the docs is a must
