Repair WP Theme for indexing

I have attached a theme that I am having problems with. This is a very simple project for someone to repair a free downloaded Theme that I would be willing to pay someone $30 to repair for me. This theme will not allow Google to index it. I went to the Privacy Tab and set indexing to on/off several times and that did not work. I also loaded the plugin WP Robots Txt where I could adjust the Crawler Access. I tried several variations of crawler access using User-agent: * Allow: / and User-agent: Googlebot Allow: / with no success. I found in the [url removed, login to view] code that says art - blockcontent and I tried changing that to art-allowcontent and art-postcontent but I think I did not make the correct changes. Anyway, I would like to have the theme repaired so that indexing can be turned on/off properly with the Privacy Tab. If you are not familiar with how to test this to see if it is working please don't bid on this job. I don't mind creating a milestone payment but I know how to test it and I want to test it before I release the payment.
