Hello,
I have a customer who runs an automotive repair shop.
They are looking for a program that will run on a windows computer where the employee will clock in using thier employee number.
Once they log in they will be given a work plan for the shift.
The work plan will consist of a list of cars they are assigned to work on.
Each car will have three options - Green (Start) - Yellow (Problem - On Hold) - Red (Done - Complete)
Each car will be tracked by RO (Repair order)
Timer Functions:
The program will track the total time a mechanic is on site (clock in to clock out)
The program will track the time the mechanic works on a car.(time from start to hold or complete)
The program will track the total time the mechanic is idle (time between completing a car to next car)
This information needs to be downloaded into an excel spread sheet for the following:
Mechanic #
Total time on site:
Total time idle
Total time spent by RO.
