I need a personal assistant for various small webdesigner tasks.

I am a webdesigner/graphic designer, and have a lot of clients and projects.
I need an assistant, to assist in various tasks related to the business where i am not as strong as my ambitions for my clients projects are.
To give an idea what you will be working with.

PSD to XHTML
FLASH
JOOMLA
MAGENTO.
MySQL
If you dont know all of them, dont worry.. Just tell me what areas you are expert.
I will favor Wordpress experts though.
My demand: You need to have regular working hours 5 days a week, 7 hours a day, as minimum, and live up to your times of contact.
You need to be able to communicate via SKYPE chat in those working hours. A lot of the tasks need to be done quickly and are small easy fixes, for an experienced person. (5 -30 minutes tasks)
The job is ideal for a webdesigner that could use some extra work and a lot of small tasks. If you are good there is a very high probability that I will give you the larger tasks aswell.
Show me your best examples from a strong portfolio, so i can see that you have the skills to assist me in advanced tasks in webdesign, programming, coding and related tasks.
