287223 JS Navigation

I've attached an html page with an accordion navigation menu, and an JS Ajax tabs system. The purpose of the the Ajax tabs is to use an include page for the middle section, where each link will pull a different page into the middle div section.

The problem is that when I open it with IE, I get a message that the page is trying to use ActiveX,this is very annoying. I need you to find & implement a solution, where it does the same function, but without provoking the activex message.

I don't want to use simple IFRAME, because it cannot override the div if it needs to expand, as it uses scroll, which I don't like (styling with fixed, auto or hide or is no use). You can use any solution JavaScript, Ajax or even php, for as long as finally it will function without the ActiveX messages.
