Magento Cart Reservation Countdown

Here is my Magento website http://www.bachelr.com. I have a premium extension installed that reserved products in the cart for a certain amount of time. When the counter runs out it empties the cart. Here is the customization I want:
1) Extend this counter to my custom checkout page ([url removed, login to view]). This custom checkout is using IWD One Step Checkout Extension, not Magento's default ceckout. Mockup is attached.
2) I want the counter to reset back to 25 minutes when user reaches the checkout page. This is so that the user has more time to checkout.
