fulltime php web programmer from the philippines

I need a fulltime web programmer from the philippines.

You'll work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (2.5 day off / month)

I want a long term partnership, so the most important is your ability to learn my technologies in order to fullfill my requirements in the long term.

I've a limited budget for now but I'm very very confident to be able to increase your salary as soon as you'll be 100% operational.

Here are the requirements:

1. You have to be an individual (not a company)

2. You should be able to know PHP, drupal, html, css, javascript, perl, linux, mysql, gimp.

3. You should be loyal and a honest person.

4. I'll provide you specific instructions about what I need for each application you create (I'm a programmer too).

5. You'll have to be available through chat or email during the time slot you've chosen.

6. Payment is done every 15 days through paypal in your local money (PHP).

It would be an advantage to be well versed with open source software.
