I need a PHP/MySQL programmer who will program, and test logic and build a backend control panel. I will do all graphic design and css coding and provide cleanly coded templates for the programmer to insert dynamic fields into. I will require the programmer to fully test and repair the application until it functions 100% correctly.
The site in a nutshell:
It will be a site where people can go on and view eulogies of deceased friends and relatives. There would be 5 ways to search for the person, so an expertise in writing search functions is a MUST.
Basically the web user will search for a deceased friend or relative, they can then view the relative's eulogy page and photo and other info. if they want to post a special comment they can put in their credit card and buy a chance to publish something special on their friends page, they can then view others extra comments too. If the person isn't listed in the site, they can buy a membership and create an entire eulogy profile for them.
We will need a simple control panel so that the site owner can look/edit content for profanity, see newly signed up users, etc, basic editing functions. The free test areas should have filters for profanity, racism, etc. So that most text is cleaned up automatically.
I have a detailed flowchart drawn out I can send interested parties.
