Drag and Drop Module for CodeIgniter - repost

Need someone experienced in Codeigniter and or Zend and can build a drag and drop interface for files of various types. The user can drag single and multiple files from desktop to page. User would see progress bar, date the file was added and can cancel uploads and delete. I attached a mockup for your review. Boootstrap UI is fine. Please tell me how quickly you can build it and cost. Need it asap. Module will be integrated into Codeigniter application. Send demo if you have.

After finishing current step we send AJAX to store it's data (inputs or file pathes got by ajax file uploaded), on opening new step we send AJAX to load its data and populate form with it
