We are creating a dating website and want to include Instant Messenger for our users. We are looking for someone who can create an instant messenger plug-in that includes the following features:
1. Basic IM functions - able to send/receive messages and etc.
2. Able to synchronize the IM with our database
3. Group chat and broadcast messages
4. Have a search bar that can search friends in contact list and message history
5. And other features
The successful candidate should have experience in making instant messenger plug-in; excellent knowledge in PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML5, Joomla, Ajax, etc.; and able to communicate in good English.
