I'm looking for a php programmer make a few changes to an existing website ([url removed, login to view]).? I need a? category change on the homepage "current leaders" list and programming associated with adding to Titles, descriptions, and links from this column in the control panel.

Before I describe this project I would like to give potential potential programmers a little information about the existing website.
The [url removed, login to view] website is an unusual contest website where visitors can check the Year and Serial numbers found on the US $1 bills (US currency) they have in their possession against those found in the prize database.? We
add the Year and serial number of 20 US $1 bills (US currency) in our Prize database.? ? Information about each dollar bill in the database is managable through the control panel.
When a visitor to the [url removed, login to view] website enters the Year & Serial of their dollar bill several things may happen.? Note: Each US $1 bill has a serial number that begins and ends with a letter and has 8 digits in between.
1.? The visitor will have an exact match and will receive a message proclaiming they are the winner (will never happen)
2.? If the visitor enters a year and serial number of a bill in our database that is closer than any other they will receive a message stating this and will display a form to fill out and submit a scanned copy of the dollar bill.? If the visitor decides
? ? ? ? to enter this information their name will be posted on the websites leaderboard (upon verification by admin).
3.? If the visitor enters a year and serial number of a bill in our database that is a close match but not the closest (Note:? a close match is when the series, first & last letter of the serial number match) the visitor will receive a message telling
? ? ? them they had a close match.
4.? If the visitor enters a year and serial number that is not a close match they will receive a message telling them they don't have a close match
Each visitor is limited to 60 searches per day to try and keep things fair.? Each visitor enters their mailing zip code prior to searching.? Search returns display a coupon marketed to their geographic location.

Project Description:
This project will involve making a few changes to the existing website.? The changes will include:
1.? Change the "Bill#" title in the Category listing of the "Current Leader" display to the Title "Prize"? On mouseover "Prize" Title will display a better description of the Prize associated with that particular dollar bill in the Prize database.? On
? ? ? clicking the Prize title the visitor will be directed to that particular prizes page.?
2.? Integrate the management of this new Prize title, description, & link into the existing control panel. (open source).
3.? Display full leaderboard even if a prize has no current leader.? The current system only displays the information about a dollar bill in our database that has a verified current leader.? I would like all Prizes listed in the leader board.
? ? ? ? If a Prize doesn't have a close match (leader) then by default the leader board for that prize will display "No Leader Yet" or something similar.

I am looking for a reasonably priced programmer that will be able learn the exisiting functionality of the [url removed, login to view] website so I can award future projects without the need describe the front end - and backend funtionality each
time I want a change or addition.? ? I'm trying RAC because I've found I don't get much of a response anymore using elance anymore (user: ezliquidations).
