Auto resize images on upload and multiple upload images

I have php cms for my online store, I have problem with uploading product images from admin, because images can not show with auto resize for front end website store, so i have to change size to max 400 px every upload with manually. and i can upload one product images only.
I want to modified my Online store cms script, so:
1. I can upload my product images from admin without resizing manual for size of each images upload (AUTO RESIZE IMAGES UPLOAD) and
2. I can upload my product images not one images only, maybe 1- 5 product images to display on my website store from admin.
