Java based Project Management System(repost)

We need a strong JAVA developer ideally with experience using ExtJs [login to view URL] to take over ongoing development, support and maintenance of an existing system which you can see at [login to view URL] Login using Username = "Manager", password = "password". In the Attached document there are three deliverables. YOU ARE ONLY BIDDING ON DELIVERABLE #1 FOR THIS INITAL PROJECT. Bidders who are competitive in their pricing and delivery timeframe for deliverable #1 will be asked to provide pricing for the subsequent deliverable. Once Deliverable #1 has been accepted, a private auction will be setup with a new project to proceed with this same contractor performing Deliverable #2, #3, and ongoing support and maintenance. ## Deliverables Please remember to tell us how many days you anticipate the project (Deliverable #1) will take for you to complete. The Delivery time frame is a very important evaluation factor because we are behind schedule in getting this system into production. TO THOSE OF YOU WHO MAKE A SUBMISSION WITHOUT POSTING BOTH A BID PRICE AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAME. We will not open or begin to evaluate your submission until a price appears in the BID AMOUNT column and there is a delivery time frame for the level of effort stated in your submission.
