HandheldBasic++ Quiz App

Looking for assistance in fast-tracking a Hand application designed to run on both Palm and Windows hardware. This is a quiz application that will have the same functionality on both the Palm and the desktop computer via one base of code, and will share a common set of questions within the database. The deliverable should be a very bare bones yet functional system with 10 quiz questions (I will provide them upon acceptance) and 20 categories (Category 1, Category 2, etc) that meets the specs outlined in the text attachment. If it turns out that SuperWaba won't cut it then HB++ will be the Palm development platform of choice and a desktop app for printing will need to be developed in an approp. environment. I am open to hearing about other possible development environments that meet the development objectives.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) on both of the Palm Emulators and also the Desktop/Windows system in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

windows 2000/XP Palm os5 emulator, earlier emulator also If developed in SuperWaba then it should run anywhere the JVM is able to run (i.e. windows, linux, unix, etc.)
