I have a word press site www.projectsinfocus.com. I want to provide clients the ability to sign-up on the site and access a free survey/questionnaires initially and then if we work with them, to be able to provide them access to other surveys. The output from the questionnaires will be published to our site where the document will be stored. They need secure access to their outputs. I have attached a very basic start point (to try to capture the requirements). There may be existing tools that we can link to from Wordpress. I don't see word press plugins being the solution. Very interested in your ideas on how to move forward.
I am not sure which technologies to select for the build. PHP seems to make sense. You may work with a product that does what I want... then your job is to help integrate (my preference)
