Magento: Layout fix and Javascript integration

Hi, I have an e-commerce site based on Magento... [login to view URL] Here are the things that I need: 1 - Fix filters that are not showing on 2nd level categories, they are just showing on 1st level. 1st level (with filters) - [login to view URL] 2st level (missing filters) - [login to view URL] 2 - Fix buttons (broken layout) on Wish list page [login to view URL] 3 - Fix layout problems on manufacturer's page. [login to view URL] A - The menu is not showing with the properly hierarchy B - Change from 4 to 3 columns of products, and fix the widths C - Remove the wishlist and last orders on the left menu, when logged 4 - Integrate with Brainsins' product recommendations based on their Javascript library [login to view URL] The job must be done on our test server, and after our ok, apply on our live site. Should also send a pack with all the changed files.
