Joomfish Multilingual configuration and content addition

We have a joomla [url removed, login to view] website with approximately 10 pages.
The latest version of joomfish is installed and also the Chinese and French language packs.
We require a freelancer to configure joomfish and also add all the french and chinese content that we provide.
We already have all of the content ready in word documents.
We will require the language flags to show above the search box on the homepage.
Also we require the following.
1) Change “SFDA” into “CFDA” everywhere on the website (except in the first paragraph of the “more information” page
2) Change the “our clients” page replacing the company names with a logo pic. (list of logos enclosed in a ppt document which we will enclose)
3) News page - We would like to be able to add the year in the date of each article. Currently only the month and day show but the year doesn’t show. For example: “Issued on Fri, October 18”
should show as “Issued on Fri, October 18, 2013”
The translations must work without error on all pages and must also look well presented on the pages. If there are colours or images on the English versions the translated pages must have the same.
When the Chinese translation is complete we may request the font is changed throughout. We will advise you of this.
The contact forms must also work error free and submit the admin and user emails in the correct and respective languages.
Unlimited bug fixing until complete.
Upon completion the website must be uploaded to replace the current live website.
