Video website - finish incomplete job - repost

Video website rebuild in Joomla. Freelancer quite as he lacked the skills to complete the job properly.
Website is a remake of my old video website [url removed, login to view]
New website is [url removed, login to view] (under construction)
Site uses mysql and most existing videos are stored on my server.
Videos have been migrated already - but there are still members to be done. New memberships can be associated with facebook or crated on site. An efficient video player would be good.
Some more graphic work to be done as the new site is needs editing graphically.
Please be familiar with ssh/php/video/linux and graphic design. I don't use cpanel but can provide ssh, phpmyadmin and Joomla admin, etc.
I may need to have graphics and scripting work done separately if I can't find one. As mopst of the work is already done I am listing the project as small budget but price can be worked out.
