I need someone with a bit of creativity to help build this site The options would be as per below I have a Flat/Rooms Landlords should be able to submit their spare room for rent Agencies should be able to submit multiple bedrooms house for members to apply for a room and invite their friends to apply for the other rooms thus forming a team and rent a property together. Landlords/Agencies would have some level of Admin responsibility, meaning when someone bid on a house, they can actually go around and invite people on the site and on other social networks (facebook etc..) to bid on it too. 5 requests a day is their maximum. Househunnters should be able to find a flat and invite someone to bid on it too, whether on facebook or on the site already. The site should allow multiple applications from different flathunters for each room, an application notice should automatically come to both me and the Landlords/Agency. I would then forward the details to the Landlords/Agencies The information available to both set (Landlords and flathunters) would be limited. Regards
