My client basically needs a market research website, but with among the normal company sites, an extra facility which looks like a job board. This should have user signup ability with two types of users. 1st user category will be able to create profiles and view other users professional information With an administrative functionality for one to grant or revoke this privilege at will. They will also be allowed access to the provides only after completing a checkout during their signup. The ordinary users will be able to post their profiles, cvs and contacts.
