149632 PHP and MySql Migration & Fix

We have a site that has been developed by two developers. Right now the site has two different schemas, and we need to merge the databases together and get the site working properly and put onto new servers. After we get the site working properly we will bid out the rest of the work. This job has two separate steps.

First: We want to complete the design and get the psd files that we have into one coherent static website .

We have psd files, for a web site, that is about 15 pages (some with tabs) that we want coded into standards compliant XHTML/CSS. There will be some need to write dialogue boxes for other simple redisigns for the some elements, but in general this site is 90% percent done. However a HOME PAGE does need to be designed for this site, although we do have a very rough draft and some associated dialogy boxes.

We woud like someone who can write the XHTML/CSS standards compliant, site must validate, code and has the ability to implement some of the AJAX needed. Must go all through old HTML code and convert to XHTML standards.

SECOND

And after the static sight is done, we want to take the work that the two developers have done and combine the databases, MySql, and fix the PHP on our servers. We would e-mail you the files, and have you fix them on your servers and then send them back to our servers.

After these two steps are done, we will want to finish development of the project and that will be a separate bid.
