421969 Oscommerce : manuals updates

Hello, I have 2 e-commerce website today. One is opened (an oscommerce), second is in development (a magento e-commerce). Job here consist in : 1. ************************* save all datas/website of magento e-commerce to allow me to restart on magento e-commerce later on second website. I insist on that as I already worked hard on that I don't want to loose anything! It can be hosted on first and/or second website in a folder for example. I need explanation for how I will be able to restore an magento e-commerce when I will need that. We can made a try immediatly after step 2 of this job for example. 2. ********************* made a copy of first website (oscommerce) on second website. I want second website become an oscommerce website too with same specifications than first. All structure must be copyed not datas (see point 3. of this job). 3. ********************** allow me to made manuals update of first website (oscommerce) to second website (oscommerce) when I want (today, later, in future…). Keep in mind I am not informatician : I need something simple to execute that. I need some little explanation. I want have possibility to reproduce update from first website to second when i want as i continue to developp first website. Idea is to have : 1. same struture on both website 2. same tree in oscommerce admin 3. exactly same modules installed (payment, shipping...) ... = same overview + same grafic effect / template to use = same operations 4. not same logo in banner (or other specific logo of first website anywhere) 5. not same products 6. not same name of category 7. not same name of administrator nor password to access to admin of website 8. not same customer, order, ... ... = different datas as they are 2 differents website! It is possible i have forget something to say but i think you must understand what i am searching for... IMPORTANT : 1.) Before each update on second website i want to keep specific datas of second website (not delete them!) like: - name of category, customer, order, logo banner installed, products, ... Theses informations can be hosted on second domain name if they are not deleted at each update! Perhaps we can use something like a backup for all specific datas of second website. I let you give me idea on this point. ******************* ******************* I insist on fact that i need some little explanations to help me to control situation. I want something properly and securily made too. If something is broken you must repair it. The first website don't have to be crashed by update... nor the second. Feel free to ask questions. But before to place a bid on this project - read project. I think this project is not so complex because many tools already exists. Then avoid to place so much expensive bid! For payment i accept escrow but i never give 100% escrow at starting of project. Ok for 25% or 50% max. Rest of payment at end of project.
