Need a website done in Kohana

The homepage needs to look like the image "[login to view URL]". When you click the "Log in" button, it shall give users the ability to Login. The register link will of course, allow users to register. I also have two websites which have lots of bugs but they also have some of the things that we need to do in this project done.
