We are looking to hire a website developer and designer to redo our website. The objective is to firstly, create a new Drupal theme using the latest 5.1 version and secondly, make a flash animation. The new theme needs to be installed in our website. We have outlined what it is that we have in mind as precisely as possible, still leaving room for creativity and judgment calls as we are not designers ourselves. We have complemented our instructions by mentioning other websites that we liked, or not. The attached document is in two parts: One is on a spreadsheet of which we have used several sheets to compose a few of the pages we have in mind for our site. The other part is this text document, which complements the spreadsheet. We are looking to hire someone with proven experience. The web designer should allow in his/her quote some space, for adjustments that will be requested as the work is being done. We expect an iterative approach to this project, we fluent exchange of progress and feedback.

Thank you for your interest in this project. I would like you to take a minute to answer these few questions to help me know more about your approach to this project:
- Can you tell me of a particular web site that you have built that is specially relevant?
- Which drupal theme engine do you plan on using for this development?
- Tell me briefly about the flash animation that you have in mind for jbilling.
Thanks in advance for your prompt reply. We will be selecting a bid in the next few days.
