I'm looking for talented web designer with excellent skills in web site and graphic designing. You must be passionate about standards-based design and have a thorough understanding of the web development process. It is essential that you have a thorough knowledge of web standards, accessibility and usability. You should also possess a flair for visual design. You will be able to translate your visual designs into accessible, effective and scalable web sites using hand-coded, semantic XHTML, CSS and industry-standard software packages such as Flash, Photoshop, etc. The objective is to design a static web site along with logo for a software firm. The company offers services for custom software development and offers products for purchase. The site would be based on Flash work. The content of the web site would be finalized later. Therefore you will need to put the standard pages with the provision and details to update later. The standard pages would include "About Us", "Home", "Services", "Products", "Careers", "Contact Us", etc. You will need to provide sample links for download of demo softwares in the "Products" section. You will need to provide detailed instruction on how to update the content later, add download links in "Products" section, and other site management related stuff. You will also need to provide details related to web hosting of this website + payment merchant integration. You should provide your sample work related to web site + logo designing with your bid requests. You will need to provide 3 templates/themes to choose from, for which I will retain the complete copyrights. The name of the company for website banner/ logo design would be provided to the winning bidder. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
