Web Template - Quality a Must!

I would like one web template created. This must be YOUR OWN ORIGINAL WORK. The images used must be able to be legally used in a website template that will be redistributed. All the text on the template must be able to be edited within any html editor. I require HTML, .CSS, .PSD files. If you desire to use flash, i will require the .fla, .swf, and any text within the flash needs to be able to be edited within an external .txt file. - (if i can ever find an affordable person whom can produce their own legal work i would be interested in purchasing more in the future, unfortunetly i have been having poor luck, but im trying this again). Since I need designs of all subjects, I do not have a set theme that you have to follow. Just give me the best you got! I do not want any porn or hate themes, but anything from business, woodworking, cartoons, designing, anything fun or professional. Let your creativity flow and most importantly, have fun!
