Simple Actionscript to gather Radio Button/Check Box from form

I am looking for someone to fill in a few missing lines of actionscript that will allow me to gather form information from one group of radio buttons and one group of check boxes. I've included the fla w/ the shared library in the zip file below. The form is fully functional with the exception of the radio/check boxes. Also needed to know how to enlarge each check box/radio button or if any type of aesthetic altering of the boxes/buttons was possible. ## Deliverables the additional lines of code that will allow me to gather the form info from the radio buttons and check boxes. how to enlarge/alter the appearance of the buttons/boxes. ## Platform flash 8, windows xp
