**Project Scope:** CMH Records seeks a complete turnkey solution for the Rockabye Baby Website. The deliverables would include: weekly/as needed progress reports, project plan and timeline, upgrade and implement functions on current website running **Joomla and Magento** to the latest version; migrate existing templates to new website, migrate existing members, shopping cart and integration to PayPal and Cybersource, a functional commercial website, resolution of the open issues listed below, and complete code and documentation. **Project Skill set:** PHP/MySql/HTML/XHTML/CSS/FLASH **Project experience:** Joomla/Magento a must ## Deliverables **Project Start Date**: TBD **1. Store Check Out/Shopping Cart Page Redesign** Description: Present options (in wireframe form) for store check out page redesign/development which will reduce complexity of our updating to current version of Magento store going forward (i.e. - "Gift Options" @ checkout). **2. Store Check Out/Shopping Cart** Description: Implement our selected Magento store check out redesign on CMH development server for testing. **3. Optimize Home Page Flash** Description: Speed up slow loading time of flash 'marquee' piece on RB home page ??" between 20 - 50%. **4. Home Page Flash Music** Description: Music does not play for all tracks. **5. Order Confirmation Emails to Customers** Description: When the site went live order confirmations were going out for incomplete orders. The function has been disabled, but we need to re-instate so order confirmations only go to paid orders. Payments are made through Cybersource or PayPal. Password reset does not function. **6. Order Statuses** Description: When a customer pays for their order the order status does not always update correctly. Un-paid orders should be “Incomplete??; paid orders should be “Pending??; and processed orders should be “Complete??. **7. Magento Version** Description: Are we operating at the best version of Magento (1.0.198872) for our needs. We came across an article that suggested upgrading Magento would solve PayPal issues. 8. **Site Security** Description: Our CMH Records site ([[login to view URL]][1]) was flagged by Google as a “Reported Attack Site??. We believe we have corrected the code and seem to be of the list but want to make sure this does not happen again. **9. Magento/Joomla Documentation** Description: Provide detailed documentation of all customizations to Magento and Joomla (if applicable), both written and screen captures where appropriate. **10.** **Data Export** Description: The website needs to provide a deliminated export file of sales activity. It should not allow users to enter a character that will disrupt the data export (ie commas in a csv file). **13. White Screen Issues** Description: During the first month of activity customer reported after choosing the Cybersource option they were not directed to Cybersource but a blank white page. This has seemed to stop with the last occurrence on 3/6/09. **14. Cybersource Data Mapping** Description: Customer billing and shipping information is not mapping correctly to Cybersource. ** ** **15. Blog Navigation** Description: Blog navigation bar disappears. ** ** **16. Add and configure Consumer E-Cards Module to our client preferences** Will we for sure be able to stream music? What about adding sound effects? Will we be able to have flash animation? Can we change the layout? I’d like bigger pictures/card size, for instance. What about the front and back viewing of the card? Why is it set up that way and can we change it? What about the security code, where you enter the numbers. That kept giving me error messages. Can we send to a group of emails (for instance, could we make an invitation e-card option)? How many? Does this allow for any customization, like letting the consumer pick an image, pick a message, or pick a sound clip from our pre-determined selections? It was confusing to reply. Was that just because of the wording on the example? How would we make that easier? Can we customize the notification emails, both that you have received an ecard and that your ecard was viewed?
