Optimize an existing online flash presentation

I have an online flash presentation that uses voice, music and animation. The file is currently 2.45 MB and takes a while to load. I would like to have you optimize this file so that 1) It's a lower size (bit) 2) It plays and loads at the same time. I would prefer for it to load 20% then start playing and continue to load so that the user doesn't have to wait for the entire file to load. 3) I need you to add JS to verify that the user has flash installed on their computer. IF they do not I want there to be a message that comes up in place of the video that say's You need to download Flash player to view this video, click here to download now." After they clikc the button, I would like it to install flash, then play the file all without leaving the screen. I need this turned around today if possible. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
