Flash Label Design Software

The Basics: We want our customers to be able to create themselves a label online with an easy to use flash or Javascript program that allows them to add text, images, logos and background images or colours. We would prefer the program to be written in Javascript. The labels will be either rectangular or circular in shape. This is a perfect example of what we want to achieve: [login to view URL] The Details: We need the program to be as follows: The label outline needs to have another line for "bleed", it should be 2mm bigger in all directions that the actual label outline. This space allows clients to leave a small amount of images outsize the edges to allow for any print cutter movement. We would also like a "custom" sized label option that the customer can drag the size of to make bigger and smaller, there would need to be the ability to choose from a rectangular/circular option. There should be a button allowing customers with rectangular/square labels to choose between "square" or "rounded" corners. See here for an example of what we would like: We also need a menu of signs - legal and useful signs such as recycling signs and estimate signs - that the customer can click on to add to their label. We would like the software integrated with a shopping cart and Paypal. The customer should be able to save their file as a PDF but also be able to save and return to the site at a later time to continue their design. The label sizes need to be split by type but also by catagory (ie. 150ml plastic bottle has its own size but is listed under teh catagory "Plastic Bottles"). As well as blank labels for the customer to design on, we would like to have templates that the customer can edit with their own details. We need the program to have an "admin" function to allow us to define new label sizes by width and height and to create new templates to assign to each label. Also we would need the ability to add new packaging sizes to the list. In terms of pricing the program needs to allow for a system of two costs. Every customer needs to pay a "price per label" for printing but also a standard setup charge which is the same for every label. The system needs to allow for price breaks on label prices - lowering the cost per label at certain quantities. It also needs to allow for special offers for certain quantities of a particular label. It would also be helpful if it could apply further discounts for spending over certain total amounts. We offer 2 different papers and 2 different finishes. We would like the pricing to be shown on the initial page for the customer to see before they proceed to the next stage. It would be great to have a box saying total cost, cost per label and "If you order {next price break} you will reduce your cost to {price} per label".
