Contest Website using Drupal CMS (654565)

Overview Need a website redesigned using Drupal. The site is for our a hip-hop competition and will need a custom theme developed using our logos and color scheme. Site will also need light php coding and basic flash animation. You can see our current site at www.TheBeatGame.com. For an example of the direction I would like to go with the site please look at the attached image and visit [login to view URL] **The Contest **Concept:The Beat game is a talent competition where contestants submit songs recorded to supplied instrumentals. Procedure: Contestant pays registration fee online Contestant Recieves Email with Registration code and a link to download instrumentals Contestant records song using instrumental Contestant uploads mp3 file of completed song online using registration code **Back end** REGISTRATION: Our website uses [login to view URL] (a hosted script) to sale digital goods. Once customers pay their registration fee through paypal the ipn information is sent to the e-junkie script. E-junkie then passes this information along to a script on our server which generates a registration code and adds it to a database to track song submissions. Registration code is then returned to the e-junkie script which in turn sends the customer a templated e-mail containing a download link and the generated registration code. SUBMISSION: Contestant uses a song submission form to upload file to our server. This form is hadlede by a script which first verifies that the customer has used a valid registration code. If the registration code is valid then file is uploaded to server. After file is uploaded a confirmation email is sent out to contestant and the registration code is marked as inactive in the database. These two scripts already exist and just require some modifications to be ported to the new site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
