SWIFT and FIX 4.2 messages conversion Engine

VB6.0 based application to convert sql2000 based trade/order information to SWIFT (for trades) and FIX messages for Orders. It should be a user friendly screen used to do these translations (GUI to accomplish this). Coders with prior experience with SWIFT/FIX will only be considered. It is a medium to large sized project and price is negotiable after further discussions. Executable should work on Windows 2000 and later. Please Note that this application will be part of an Order Managment System. This OMS will handle all clients orders and Rout them as Following: Client Buy Orders 1- This order will send msg to the core bank accounting system (Equation System AS/400), and affect the client bank account by freez the amount needed to accoplish this order and an aknolgment sent back to the OMS to identify if the freez on the account has accomleshed or not. 2- after the client bank account affected, a FIX msg should be sent to tha trading system (Horizon 4.5 system) to be processed in the trading floor. Client Sell Orders 1- FIX Msg sent to the trading system , when the order is executed a MSG chould sent to the Banking system to credit the client account. farther detail will be published for the accepted bidder, Also I would like to know if I should use Swift to take with the AS/400 or there is another Gateway. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
