simple php & mysql

I have a phpprobid website at [url removed, login to view] and I want a business direcory listing. I have made a page listing the counties here [url removed, login to view] which will need updating with the correct page url's once they are made. If you click on "avon" you will see I have then made a page which fetch's some data from a mysql table.

I would like the coder to code a page that fetchs the data from the mysql table and filter the listing by county, so if I click Avon page, it only lists business's in that area, so on and so on. I will require an addition page in admin area, where I am able to submit data to the database, with the option for uploading an image logo to blob row in db.

A little website fettling, Put a new tab in the header called "Directory" linking to [url removed, login to view] and put a box around the results like the membership box.

Pretty simple really, Im not a coder and have got this far purely as a learning exercise, but the time has come to get it done and running.

Eventually I would like the option for logged in members to list their business and have to pay for it, but that can be a later project.
