The software I am looking for will be similar to a glorified power point presentation.? What I am looking for is a software that will allow me to display pictures of work (jobs) completed by any of my customers.? For example, one of my clients is a Tile Company.? He wants to put flat panel displays around his store showing reference pictures and editorials of work he has completed in the past.? If a customer of his comes into his store, they will see flat panel screens displaying pictures of the different areas of his company. (Kitchens, baths, foyers etc.)? When a potential customer taps on a particular? picture, they will then be brought to another screen which will give? a descriptive reference from that customer who owns the work in the picture.? There neesd to be an ability to display all colors/styles of the products provided in his inventory as well.? My customer must have the ability to edit the pictures and reference comments easily.? He must also have the ability to track the pictures and references that are tapped on.? This will let him know what is getting peoples attention and when (seasons).? Lastly, there must be a link to his website which will display these references as well.?
## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
