pdf autoresponder, with txt input that calculates output into pdf

Hello coders: I'd like a program that does this following: * Receives a text email attachment on server. * Processes information contained within attachment using a couple defined formulas. * The program needs to be flexible, so that I can add many additional fields after this shell completion. Although, you are not responsible for adding additional fields of information... I need this design to have the flexibility for adding them. * This processing will include a few formulas that must be calculated. * The output will be placed into a pdf (automatically), and sent to an email address defined within the comma delimited format. PDF will also contain a pie chart. This email autoresponse (containing the pdf) will have an automatic 24 hour delay before it is sent out. * The processed information contained within the text attachment will be stored to a particular location on my server... so that in 30 days, a new set of calulcations will be performed, a new pdf attachment will be sent, and this new set of calculations will overwrite the previous set. * Design allows for a text file with the same name to overwrite previous text file received with same name, and calculations / pdf email process will be performed. However, if the text file has a unique name, a separate row within our database will be created. We must assume that many unique text files may be received. See point 4 in the deliverables for some detailed examples. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Here is a detailed description of the deliverable: * Receives a text email attachment (for example: text attachment is sent to info at myprogram dut com.) Program would be located somewhere on [login to view URL] server. * Processes information contained within attachment. The attachment is comma delimited. For our shell, we'll use the formula Formula 1: ((Field 1 + Field 2) / (Field 3 * Field 2)) * 100 = Output or (4 + 11) / (3 * 11) = 45.45 Output, as seen above, will be rounded to 2 digits. * The output will be placed into a pdf (automatically), and sent to an email address defined within the comma delimited format. PDF will also contain a pie chart. This email autoresponse (containing the pdf) will have an automatic 24 hour delay before it is sent out. For out example, pdf will say: Hello My Name: The results of (4 + 11) / (3 * 11)) * 100 = 45.45. Pie chart: shows blue for (Field 1 / Output), green for (Field 2 / Output), and red for the (Output - Field 1 - Field 2). An email with the above pdf attached to it will be sent to the email address contained with the text file.... after 24 hour delay. * The processed information contained within the text attachment will be stored to a particular location on my server... so that in 30 days, a new set of calulcations will be performed, a new pdf attachment will be sent, and this new set of calculations will overwrite the previous set. In this case: Output - (Output * 0.01) = Output In other words, after the formula on the left is executed, the variable Output is overwritten for the new pdf that will be sent out with a new set of calculations. Remember, this particular output needs to be associated with the particular record the text file has created. * Design allows for a text file with the same name to overwrite previous text file received with same name, and calculations / pdf email process will be performed. However, if the text file has a unique name, a separate row within our database will be created. We must assume that many unique text files may be received.
