One more PHP Coder Needed (for 40hrs)

Hello ! We need one more php coder to handle some of the work we have.. The first project will be a mantis like system. For those of you who don't know what mantis is, please take a look at [login to view URL] We handle all of our project using Mantis right now, but we need something better for us, to handle payments and accounting and ratings.. More details will be provided to the coders that will match the criteria specified below... The project is split into phases and this bid will be only for phase 1. There are about 10 things that you need to do , and about 4-5 tables... Estimated time : 5 days working 8 hrs per day. When bidding, please take into consideration the following elements (to save both your time and mine). If you don't have RATINGS, please explain very detailed your experience. If you have projects opened on RAC on this moment, don't bid. I need someone that can work on this project full time for the next days and not someone that already has 3 more projects to do. Also, one important thing is the hourly rate. As i said, this is only phase 1 of the project. Phases 2 and 3 will be next and then we will consider keeping you busy for the next months. So i need your hourly payment rate, or your monthly rate. You must be willing to work on the next weeks on this project, so ONLY for us. If your bid doesn't specify the hourly rate and that you are willing to work FULL TIME for us in the next months, then it won't be taken into consideration.. ONE MORE TIME : THIS BID IS FOR THE ESTIMATED 40 HOURS OF WORK. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
