Ebay API+OSCommerce

Project will require knowledge of eBay API, oscommerce/zencart, mysql, php.

The goal is to make an ebay seller solution that will allow ebay sellers to be able to list ebay auction from the ecommerce website. Items that are listed on ebay will be able to use/save templates created to list items on ebay, schedule item listings time/dates on the ebay service.

Also the winning bidders of the auction will be able to checkout through the ecommerce store. This will include addon additional items/attribute upgrades, combine item purchases and much more.

Also I need to meantion paypal is ebay's most widely used payment processing system. This will be offer in our checkout procedure as well as [url removed, login to view], etc..

However, it is worth noting that it is possible a buyer may checkout with paypal through ebay's checkout procedure so our checkout system will need to monitor the paypal IPN to check if the item has been paid for so that is does not send remind email (invoices) to the winning bidder.

Also the seller should be able to modify all variables of the sales in a administrative frontend. More in described in more detail in the attached files.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
