Delphi ActiveX basic video editor with MEncoder

I need a basic video editor created, that will perform some basic video editing functions. This does not have to be a major video editor application that does many things, I just need a basic video editor with these functions: cut out sections of video, add titles, add basic transitions to the clip such as fade and swipe, fade in and fade out. It has to work with all sorts of media files, and save the edited video to all sorts of media files. This application is going to integrate with another application I am having created. It needs to be written in Delphi ActiveX using MEncoder. Mencoder is powerful video converter with basic video editing functions. And we are using it for ActiveX with the other parts of the program, so you should use it too. You will need to use a video player too. You can use Media Player ActiveX. This project will allow the user to import their source video, display the source video in a preview window, allow them to perform the basic editing as mentioned above using a graphical interface, preview the edited video, and save the result. I look forward to your bid on this! Oh...and here is what my current programmer said to inform you: "They shouldn’t worry about formats / codecs support. MEncoder supports all we need. They can suppose that user have all codecs needed for video playing. They shouldn’t use any skin because I will integrate their results myself." ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment, with the aid of our current programmer since this will integrate with his solution. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
