UK based designer needed to complete the design of a website

The following website is under construction for our client: <[login to view URL]> (the company name/detials/logo have been temporarily removed). The client likes the overall design of the site and the all the text has now been added. The site however looks 'flat' and the text has only temporarily been pasted in to place. An experienced designer is required to breathe some life into the site so it isnt just long pages of text. For example adding company logos etc, adding a drop shadow to lift the content area of the page. We have a good base but unfortunately the designer that started is now unable to complete the project. The yellow and light blue tab also need the colour changing as the white text is difficult to read on them. We have a deadline for Friday for getting the site live. We would like to find a UK designer to work with us regularly on up and coming projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Standard browser platforms
