Fully customizable css website. Looking to make a lot of SEO friendly websites so I need a template system made up that will allow me to create new websites fast. I have a lot of domain names that I’m looking to develop out, so I want a very easy template system that I can use to develop them extremely fast, yet make it so they are still different and unique (where I can change out colors, text on the site, etc) Normally I do all of my websites in HTML only which is time consuming, so I’m looking for a simpler way using CSS or databases, or anything you can recommend that will make things very easy for me to do. (maybe even wordpress?) An example of a website that I did is [url removed, login to view] I want to make lots of other sites just like this, but I will want to make things different. Background colors, text, menu, etc. Need a place where I can enter in the adsense code, and google analytics code without having to edit every page, etc. Things I’d want to add to make things as easily customizable as possible. Name of the site Background colors Different page names, menus, etc. Basically it would ask for my options: Name of the site URL of the site Menu items Adsense code for top Adsense code for Side Banner for bottom of site Enter in text for each page, etc. The more details you can add the better. I’m open for suggestions. The main thing is that I should be able to easily create new websites that look like [url removed, login to view] fast and conveniently, but having full ability to edit, or add new pages, links etc throughout the site. Please send samples of your work, and time frame of how long it would take to do.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
