Transcribe 2 lectures

This job is to transcribe the 2 attached audio recordings. You just listen to them and then type into Microsoft Word what you hear. The transcription needs to be 100% perfect. I have attached a file [login to view URL] that gives the format and font of what I am expecting. How to use Express Scribe ------------------------- You can download a free program called Express Scribe from the Internet (just search Google) to use to transcribe the files. All you have to do is save the audio file to your desktop (drag and drop), then open Express Scribe and LOAD the file from there. Click on the LOAD button on the upper right-hand corner of Express Scribe, then click “look in folder?? and you have it look at your desktop. You will see it loading by percentage points going from 0% to 100%. Make sure the file is highlighted after you’ve loaded it in Express Scribe, and then you are ready to begin transcribing. ***Remember The transcription needs to be 100% perfect.*** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
