Property Rental Website

I am interested in bids on the development of a property based web site. The main purpose of the site will be to advertise properties that I own and want to rent. However long term it will also offer properties from other land lords. The web site should offer an idiot proof upload feature for houses that I can use to ad and remove properties from the site. It will also be necassary to offer a search facility on the web site so that prospective tennants can search the site against their own criteria, ie - type of house, number of bedrooms, locations etc.

I already have a domain [[login to view URL]][1] and a company logo which I have uploaded. I would like to use the colour scheme from the logo please. I would also like the site to be easy to use with plenty of white space, rather than cluttered with colours and information.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

This is a web site and I will be using it with Internet explorer. If it works with netscpae and mozila etc that is a bonus, but i.e. 5.5 and higher will be the standard by which I test the site.

I will need to be able to upload the details of the property in to some form os searchable criteria database. I will also need to be able to add photo's of the properties. As you will see these sites tend to offer an overview of the property on the first page, with a click through to a landing page with full details of the properties.

For this reason I am interested in a portal type site with a mix of static HTML and ASP driven content as with my limited knowledge I believe this will offer both the type of interface and ease of adminsitration I am looking for.
