RealPlayer OCX and Windows Media Player OCX to video Desktop

I am working on a class project with Visual Basic 6. The Form has the Microsoft media control ([url removed, login to view]) and RealAudio control on it now ([url removed, login to view]). I would like the ability to send the video to the desktop background (like wallpaper) as it plays (real time) from either MSMedia control or Real's control. If possible I would like to be able to adjust size too by changing properties of control. I prefer an OCX.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
