Database, Portal and iPad appliaction

I require an application that our resellers can use for booking jobs, scheduling engineers and producing MI reports the following features are required:- RESELLER: Resellers need their own login portal accessed through the internet Resellers can open fault tickets for their customers (compete Form about 27 fields) Request cancellation of a customer ticket Show ticket details (including engineer updates and photos) Show ticket status including scheduled dates Contact number Search job tickets via Customer Name or Post code, phone number job reference Customer Lookup to see previous addresses and associated calls (Customer name links to the address) Address Lookup to see previous customers and associated calls (Address name links to the Customer) Resellers Can view and download PDF Reports:- For Example:- (exact queries will be confirmed, PDF layout design will be provided) Number of tickets open / closed Average open and close times Number tickets per Person Number of tickets Per Address SUPERVISORS: View open tickets (Full details) View closed tickets (Full details) Cancel tickets When a reseller opens a ticket the supervisor can see new tickets that need an engineer scheduling:- Schedule an engineer for an am / pm appointment (clicking on a day shows who is available and you can filter by engineer roles) Add engineers, their contact info and roles Add engineer time off / holiday so they cannot be scheduled Admin can log in to the customer portal as the customer Transferred Jobs Queue View transferred tickets Update the ticket Close the ticket Reschedule the ticket ADMIN Admin (can complete all supervisor tasks and the following) Create new reseller portals / logins Upload logos / reseller branding (maybe change the header colours?) Add edit and delete reseller details Change reseller passwords Can login to any reseller portal as the reseller Admin Can view and download PDF Reports:- For Example:- (exact queries will be confirmed, PDF layout design will be provided) Number of tickets open / closed Average open and close times Number tickets per customer Number tickets per engineer Number of tickets Per Address Tickets closed per engineer ENGINEERS Engineers (iPad Application) Engineers have an iPad so they can:- See their scheduled jobs List jobs for the day Click on the job and view details Add comments to the job Close the job Take photo and attach to the job Transfer the job to supervisor adding details The application will need to be designed and will also need a good easy to use interface and include documentation and ongoing support.
