Auto open/close menus

IMPORTANT: The application is for MacOS X only. It is not for Windows, Palm or Linux. REQUIRED: The application, Carbon or Cocoa, should be able to drop down menus when the cursor is placed in the menu heading (File or Edit, for example). Once down, a menu can be put back up with the click of the mouse, and must also be able to auto-close without any click, simply when the mouse leaves the menu. INTERFACE: Everything must be switchable via checkboxes. When launched, the app must simply trap the menu and can be configured by a "Preferences" menu item. I'm precise, because a coder already told me he could not implement any UI because he didn't agree with that when he placed a bid, so I'm just taking basic precautions. Rest assured that I am a friendly buyer, prompt to understand problems or delays. OPTIONAL: Ability to change the cursor to a color cursor (a list of built-in cursors can be selected via dialog box) & play a sound when a menu opens (a list of built-in sounds can be selected via dialog box - asynchronous only please!) is a plus for coders who can do it, but it is NOT required.

## Deliverables

The project must be done in CodeWarrior or at least should be readable in CodeWarrior. I would appreciate the coder to send compiled applications, and not CW projects, when showing me how their work is advancing. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
