We do not need an admin or database. 2. This project will be very basic in xml, javascript (menu items) 3. This will just be a re-design of 1/3 of the site example. Not the full site. 4. We will ask for a basic template with menu items, supply the images and text, and use existing source code from their site. ie search area, forms, .cfm asp or php code.
